The life coaching industry has exploded. That’s great for demand, but terrible for differentiation. Search “life coach near me” or “career coaching” and you’ll find hundreds of practitioners with nearly identical messaging. A generic website with a stock photo and a vague tagline about “unlocking your potential” isn’t going to cut it.

People hiring a life coach are making a personal, sometimes vulnerable decision. They need to trust you before they’ll book that first call. A landing page built around credibility — real testimonials, a clear methodology, a specific niche — converts browsers into discovery calls.

What we built (and why)

Our demo page is built for a career transition coach targeting professionals in their 30s and 40s. The hero section leads with a direct question: “Stuck in a career that doesn’t fit anymore?” Below that, a warm headshot and a single CTA — book a free 20-minute discovery call.

The page flows through a simple story: the problem (feeling stuck), the process (a three-phase coaching framework), social proof (three client testimonials with real outcomes), and the offer (free discovery call, no pressure). Every section moves the visitor closer to booking.

Key design decisions

We went with a warm, inviting palette — soft terracotta, cream, and forest green. Nothing clinical, nothing corporate. The typography is clean but friendly, with plenty of white space so the page breathes.

Testimonials are the centrepiece. We gave them more visual weight than anything else on the page because in this industry, other people’s words matter more than yours. Each one includes a first name, a context (“career changer, age 37”), and a specific outcome (“landed a role I actually wanted within four months”).

The CTA says “Book a Free Discovery Call” — not “Get Started” or “Learn More.” Specificity reduces friction.

Results you can expect

With the right page targeting “life coach near me” and long-tail terms like “career change coaching” or “executive life coach [city],” you’re reaching people who are actively looking for help. These keywords run $6–12 per click in Google Ads — organic rankings let you capture that traffic without ongoing ad spend.

A single-purpose page with one clear CTA tends to book more discovery calls than a multi-page website where visitors get lost clicking around. The focused format works in your favour.
