Landing Pages for Roofers

Why roofers need a landing page

After every major storm, thousands of homeowners start searching. “Roof repair near me.” “Storm damage roofing contractor.” “Roof leak emergency.” These searches spike hard and fast — and the roofer who shows up first gets the call.

The problem? Most roofing companies have a generic website that buries the emergency number three clicks deep. Meanwhile, the homeowner has a tarp on their roof and water in their attic. They’re not going to browse your project gallery. They need to know you’re licensed, insured, and available now. A focused landing page built for that moment wins the job.

What we built (and why)

You can see the demo at /demo/roofer. We built a single-page experience designed around the storm-damage moment. Big headline up top: “Licensed Roofing Contractor. Free Storm Damage Inspection.” A sticky phone bar for mobile. And an insurance claim assistance callout right below the fold — because that’s the question every homeowner has after a storm.

The rest of the page covers core services (shingle replacement, flat roof repair, full re-roofing, gutter work), before/after project photos arranged in a simple slider, and a service area map targeting specific cities and zip codes. One page, one goal: get the inspection booked.

Key design decisions

Insurance claim help as a differentiator. Most homeowners don’t know how to file a roof damage claim. Calling out “We work directly with your insurance company” right on the page sets you apart from every other contractor in the search results.

Before/after photos. Nothing sells roofing work like visual proof. We use a side-by-side slider so visitors can see the transformation without leaving the page.

Licensing and insurance badges. Roofing is one of the most scam-prone industries in home services. Displaying your license number, insurance cert, and BBB rating above the fold builds instant trust.

Free inspection CTA everywhere. The button doesn’t say “Contact Us.” It says “Schedule Your Free Inspection.” Lower commitment, higher conversion.

Results you can expect

Keywords like “roofing contractor near me” and “roof repair [city]” have low keyword difficulty — meaning there’s real opportunity for a well-built page with proper schema markup and city-specific copy to start showing up in local results within a few months.

Roofing jobs average $5,000–$12,000 for a full replacement. Even one or two leads from organic search can cover the cost of the page many times over. During storm season, search volume climbs fast.
