About Me

Therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves someone in their corner โ€” someone who listens without judgment, who asks the questions you might be afraid to ask yourself, and who genuinely cares about your wellbeing.

My approach is integrative, which means I draw from several evidence-based methods depending on what you need. I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you reframe unhelpful thought patterns, mindfulness practices to ground you in the present, and attachment-based work to help you understand how your relationships shape your emotional world.

But honestly? The most important thing isn't the technique โ€” it's the relationship. Research shows that the connection between therapist and client matters more than any specific modality. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, messy, and real.
