About Me
I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves someone in their corner โ someone who listens without judgment, who asks the questions you might be afraid to ask yourself, and who genuinely cares about your wellbeing.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw from several evidence-based methods depending on what you need. I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you reframe unhelpful thought patterns, mindfulness practices to ground you in the present, and attachment-based work to help you understand how your relationships shape your emotional world.
But honestly? The most important thing isn't the technique โ it's the relationship. Research shows that the connection between therapist and client matters more than any specific modality. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, messy, and real.
Healing isn't linear, and you don't have to do it perfectly. You just have to show up.

Our first meeting is about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's bringing you in, your history, and your goals. You'll have a chance to ask me anything. Think of it as a conversation, not an evaluation.
Together, we'll create a path forward that's tailored to you. Most clients start with weekly sessions and adjust from there. Therapy is your space โ we move at your pace, always.
In-Person: My office in NW Portland provides a warm, private space for our sessions.
Telehealth: Secure video sessions from the comfort of your home โ available for all Oregon residents.
Everything we discuss is confidential, protected by law and by my deep commitment to your trust. I use HIPAA-compliant platforms for telehealth and never share your information without your written consent.
Practical Details
I'm in-network with these providers. Don't see yours? I can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
$150 per 50-minute session
Sliding scale rates are available for those who need them. I believe finances should never be a barrier to mental health care. Let's talk about what works for you.
